diet day 1

Blog??

Well hello there everyone, I serioulsy doubt anyone is ever going to read this blog but, if I am honest, it's more for myself anyway. Somewhere I can be be honest about things and re-read from time to time when I think I am failing. 

This blog is going to be about my diet, image and relationship rants. Three days ago I started a diet and joined My Fitness Plan to help me along a little bit, but today, whilst lying in the bath, I decided that I am going to go back to the way I was and live on a bear minimum diet. I don't want to loose weight slowly, I want to do it quicker and stick to the way I am eating so I have less chance of putting the weight back on.

Today is day 1 of this new diet, well it's only going to be half a day as I didn't decide this till this afternoon. If anyway does ever stumble across this one day I am sure I will be in for some backlash, (all those internet trolls out there) but honestly, I do not care. I am not here to bother with that hehe and when I have finished this diet I will most likely delete this blog anyway.

Anywho, tomorrow I am starting the 30 day walking challenge and will be limiting my food a lot, wish me luck hehe.
